Where should I put the cards?
Place them where customers are already paused and happy: by the register, on tables, or handed over at checkout.
Is it okay to ask customers for Google reviews?
Yes. Asking is fine. Ask all of your customers, not only the happy ones, and never pressure anyone. Google doesn't allow buying reviews or offering rewards for them, so we never do either.
Can you guarantee a certain number of reviews?
No one can honestly guarantee reviews. What the cards do is make it fast and easy for your real customers to leave one.
Do I need a monthly plan to buy cards?
No. Review cards are a one-time purchase with no ongoing commitment.
