No guarantees
Every business and market is different. We do not guarantee any specific number of reviews, ranking on Google, number of calls or leads, or sales. Google does not allow buying reviews or offering rewards for them, and we never do either.
Monthly plans
- Monthly plans have a 3-month minimum (or 6 months if you choose the 6-month option with the setup fee waived). After that they continue month to month.
- You can cancel anytime after the minimum with 30 days' notice.
- Ad budgets are paid separately from our fee, directly to the ad platform.
- The details of each plan are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Websites and ownership
Your website, domain and content belong to you. Hosting, updates and small edits are covered by the Website Care Plan if you choose it.
Tap cards and online orders
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Tap cards ship within the US for a flat shipping fee shown at checkout. If a card arrives damaged or doesn't work, contact us and we'll replace it.
